Berridon Country Park is a small private estate in North Devon surrounded by woodland and fields where you can expect peace and quiet and on clear nights enjoy the delights of star gazing.

We own two log cabins in Berridon Country Park - Brentvale which sleeps four and The Bunkhouse which also sleeps four. Dogs are most welcome to join you on your visit; there are many beautiful walks along the coastal path, around Tamar Lakes or along the sandy beaches.

Berridon Country Park is located close to the North Cornwall border, within easy travelling distance of the Tamar Lakes, just two miles away. At Tamar Lakes they offer various activities including fishing, sailing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The estate is far from the madding crowd but within four miles of the main A39 which provides easy access to local beaches such as Sandymouth, Northcott, Bude and Widemouth Bay; follow the A39 in the other direction towards Hartland and the picturesque village of Clovelly, then to Westward Ho, Appledore, Instow and Bideford.

For walking enthusiasts, the coastal path can be found a short distance across the A39 to Morwenstow. If you would like to eat out, the Saxon village of Bradworthy is a mile from Berridon Country Park, the local pub is The Bradworthy Inn. A thatched Coaching Inn offering a great welcome and serving delicious lunches, dinners and of course local ales & ciders. The village also has two general stores, a butcher, various shops, a hairdresser, a doctor's surgery and a vet.

All the major supermarkets will deliver to the estate . Holsworthy is the nearest town. It has a Co-Op, Waitrose and several interesting little independent shops, cafes and pubs. There is a market in the square on Wednesdays with many stalls selling an array of goods including local produce.
